George Carter


From Cumberland, served with 18th Battalion DLI (Durham Pals).


George Carter was from Cumberland and used to lived in Maryport.

He served as private 18/985 with 18th DLI and was sent to Egypt the 22nd of December of 1915.

Carter survived the war and was transferred to Class Z Reserve the 9th of March 1919.
