Stretcher Bearers
An article from "The Whizz-Bang", the monthly magazine of the 6th Battalion Durham Light Infantry
A light-hearted pen-portrait of the battalion’s stretcher bearers from the monthly magazine written and edited in the Trenches. The “Whizz-Bang” ran to eight editions in 1916. The magazine was published in Darlington and it seems that it was also intended for sale on the Home Front.
